Description:

This PR fixes use of ecflow on Gaea-c6 that was reported not working (issue #2838 ).
Current rt.sh in develop loads the same eclfow/5.8.4 module on Gaea-c5 and Gaea-c6, which was installed on Gaea-c5. This PR corrects the issue and loads the ecflow/5.11.4 installed on gaea-c6 as a part of spack-stack-1.9.2 environment.

Initial testing to run a single test on Gaea-c6 was successful, submitted as follows:
